Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
• The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for the request

Return & Exchange Fees

Should your return be accepted a R100.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected for any usage or damages:

1. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once accepted.
2. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. If additional banking details are required, we will contact you directly.
4. If any issues arise during inspection, you will be notified before processing
